The location of the hotel was comfortable and so ideal, near everything. We could also easily get to Promenade.

The room is great little and has a big bathroom. The staff are excellent, overall. The location is central, right by Llandudno sea front, and the shops and beach. What's more, it's 400 ft from North Shore Beach. 

Room: Nicely furnished, comfortable bed. Facilities: Good and overall very nice. Staff: Excellent, accommodating and friendly. Valentine's Day: Nice touch with roses on breakfast table

My room was spotless and compact on the lower floors. The location was stunning - just 5 minutes' walk from R a o b Club.

The staff are smart, hotel is lovely welcoming, breakfast is enjoyable. The a double room is beautiful little and compact. The location is comfy, within a close distance from Promenade.

Had the king room and it was generous-sized and brand-new with view. There was brilliant food, the staff was fantastic friendly. Though some of the staff were busy, I had a really lovely stay.
